Key tasks and area of responsibility:

• Full design cycle: Development and verification of design and working documentation (architectural sections of AR, AC) in accordance with GOST and applicable regulations.
• Working with the project: Preparation and verification of technical specifications, control over execution, optimization of design solutions at all stages to increase efficiency.
• Author's supervision: Project support at the construction site, site visits, interaction with contractors and builders, monitoring the compliance of the implementation with approved design solutions.
• Coordination: Ensuring the connection of the architectural part with the adjacent sections of the project.
• Тask management: Accounting of work, control of deadlines and schedule of tasks.

We are waiting for the candidate:

• At least 3 years of experience in project organizations in a similar position.
• Solid knowledge: In-depth knowledge of current norms and regulations (JV, GOST), the procedure for developing and making changes to project documentation.
• Key skills: Fluent in AutoCAD and REVIT (absolutely!). Confident ownership of the MS Office package.
• Control experience: The skill of checking the developed sections of the AR for compliance with the terms of reference, standards and with mandatory consideration of the relationship of the architectural part with related sections.
• An important experience: Experience working with complex objects. Having experience in warehouse and logistics complex projects (FMCG, e-commerce) will be a significant advantage.
• Personal qualities: Analytical mindset, the ability to make quick decisions and propose optimization options, responsibility, willingness to work as a team and direct communication with all participants in the process.
